Your Role
Provide administrative support to the internal sales teams, ensuring all email inboxes are managed and up to date, answering phone calls from reception and internal departments. Provide support to the Department with stationery and stock control.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage multiple shared inboxes and distribute emails to the appropriate department or person
· Answer incoming phone calls via reception or internal departments
· Order stationery, supplies and manage stock levels
· Raise purchase orders for the JUK Site
· Assist in resolving customer issues
· Meet & Greet customers/visitors for site visits
· Any other administration tasks as necessary to support the internal sales teams
· Work towards the James Walker values in day to day activities
· Assist and support colleagues when required
· Build positive relationships with customers.
· Ensure we deliver fair customer outcomes promptly and consistently within a regulated environment.
· Manage a pipeline of complaints, working as part of a team, take ownership of the complete process from end-to-end: using your problem-solving and customer care skills to resolve issues.
About you
Essential Experience
· Excellent time management skills
· Excellent telephone manner
· Excellent Interpersonal skills
· Experience with Outlook or similar email packages
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Preferred Experience
· Good understanding of MS office
· Experience of call handling within a busy office environment
· Awareness of current data protection law, including GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 compliance.
· Experience of Complaint Handling
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications
· GCSE or above
Preferred Qualifications
· Suitable qualification is Business or Administration studies
· Suitable qualification in Customer Service
