A bit about the job:
This role exists to lead and shape how we manage client relationships across our sales function. You'll join a collaborative team that works with underwriting, claims, finance, and risk to deliver account objectives. You'll coach sales teams, set standards, and drive performance. Your work will help us grow profitably and deliver great outcomes for our customers. You'll be accountable for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and enabling success across the board.

* Experience in strategic sales planning and client relationship management.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
* Proven track record of driving performance and growth.
* Passion for delivering positive customer outcomes.

* Starting salary circa £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
