My client is looking for a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their team in a fast-paced food and drink FMCG environment. The ideal candidate will be a time-served electrical/mechanical apprentice (Level 3) with proven experience in PLCs, and fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems. You'll play a key role in maintaining and optimising plant machinery to minimise downtime, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement.
Experience, Skillset, and Qualification:
* Experience in fast-paced food & drink FMCG environments.
* Level 3 time-served electrical/mechanical apprenticeship.
* Skilled in PLCs, computer-controlled equipment, and fault-finding.
* Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical diagnostic abilities.
* Effective working independently or within a team.
* Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused.
* Confident communicator across all levels of the business.
Roles and responsibilities:
* Maintain and optimise plant machinery to minimise downtime.
* Set up, adjust, and improve machinery to support production.
* Support Manufacturing and cross-functional teams in all production needs.
