We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to join the UK NEQAS Administration team.
The successful candidate will contribute to the administration of cost-effective and efficient UK National External Quality Assessment Schemes, which provide exercises, surveys, and advice to participating laboratories in Haematology and Blood Transfusion, both nationally and internationally.
UK NEQAS Haematology and Blood Transfusion are operated by the West Herts Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, and this position is based at Croxley Business Park.
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, full-time. We support part-time and job share applications.
Important Information: Please note, we are unable to obtain a Certificate of Sponsorship (Work Permit) for this role.
The post holder will be responsible for stock ordering, participant registration, and assisting with office and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior administration role, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage changing workloads and priorities, and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of accounting practices and software is desirable.
