The role
Located in Birmingham’s Learning Quarter, Glasswater Locks is a historic glassworks transformed into a contemporary canalside destination. Alongside stylish homes, the development offers retail and commercial space, as well as residents’ amenities including a 24-hour concierge, cinema, games room and gym.
In this role, you will provide value to the business and insight on sustainability issues for St Joseph division, with a focus on ensuring the division meets Berkeley Group Sustainability Strategy and Standards. Key to this role is the ability to liaise with different teams across the business including Construction, Technical and Land and Planning teams. This will include setting out approaches to meet the divisional and group targets; helping to deliver work streams; and monitoring, reporting and communicating local performance. Due to the multi-phase nature of St Joseph divisional projects means that there will be opportunity to get involved in strategic sustainability initiatives and delivery of sustainability related targets under Our Vision 2030 as well as overseeing the day to day environmental issues.
As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the purchase of their new home, ensuring they receive an outstanding and seamless service.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with project forecasts and budgets.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, measured by achieving a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70+ (target 80+).
* Qualify enquiries, book and confirm appointments, and conduct viewings with potential buyers, including those from international markets.
* Manage relationships with agents, introducers, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression of sales.
* Liaise with internal teams, buyers, and external partners to meet deadlines and resolve queries.
* Support Sales and Marketing teams with the preparation of onsite events, particularly for Chinese and international audiences.
* Represent the brand to the highest professional standard in all interactions and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with company processes, consumer code requirements, and Group Health & Safety standards.
* Proactively contribute marketing ideas to support lead generation and development success.

Sunday – Thursday
