Join our team as a Sales Support Administrator – German speaking!
We are looking for a German speaking Sales Support Administrator to join our European Sales team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English, experienced with CRM systems like HubSpot and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the European Sales Manager and Area Managers
Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing, Business Development and Logistics to support coordinated sales efforts
Manage Inbound PPC Leads, including prompt follow-up and use of Lead Forensics to identify and track opportunities
Maintain accurate data and lead tracking within HubSpot CRM
Stay informed about ISO standards, market trends and business developments relevant to the sales function
Perform general sales administration tasks as needed
Fluency in German is essential
Previous experience in sales support, administrative roles or CRM management
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Monday to Thursday: 8 am – 4:30 pm
