You will mostly be based at Linney Create in Nottinghamshire but be willing to travel to client premises, on a regular basis in London (travel expenses will be covered).
Core responsibilities include:
* Client leadership: acting as a key point of contact, building long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and understanding their business goals to provide strategic advice.
* Team direction & briefing: translating client needs into actionable, high-quality creative briefs. Be the conduit between various teams to ensure a consistent client experience. Lead on challenging briefs where necessary and contributing to strategic planning.
* Commercial growth: identifying opportunities to grow Linney’s influence through a deep understanding of our full capabilities and ability to spot opportunities.
* Proactive thinking & problem solving: confidently having a helicopter view of all projects and be the temperature check with clients to ensure that workflows are efficient and effective.
Required experience & skills:
* Agency background: typically, a minimum of 6-years’ experience in a creative or integrated agency, or relevant client-side role.
* Relationship management: strong interpersonal skills for senior-level client management.
* Commercial acumen: a strong understanding of both account and project profitability, budgeting and commercial growth.
* Organisation: high attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
* Campaign management and collaboration: proven track record of managing integrated campaigns with multiple teams and complex deliverables.
