Premia Solutions Ltd is the company behind Look After My Car an exclusive membership platform that enables vehicle leasing brokers and car dealers to offer their customers access to a range of insurance products.
As a Telesales Executive, you will manage a high volume of warm outbound calls to Look After My Car customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and stakeholders.
A key part of your role will involve engaging with customers who have been provided with a three-month insurance product that you will be setting up. You will guide them through setting up their policy and provide clear, accurate information to help them make an informed decision about upgrading to a comprehensive full-cover policy.
This is a target-driven role with uncapped commission paid per successful sale. You will also have the opportunity to offer complementary products to ensure customers are fully protected throughout their vehicle ownership.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a telesales or phone-based sales environment and be confident in identifying and understanding customer needs.
You should be comfortable explaining regulated products clearly and compliantly, ensuring customers have the information required to make informed decisions.
