You will manage daily operations, maintenance schedules, contractors and the facilities budget, and provide regular updates to management teams. This hands-on role involves using your practical skills to carry out repairs, maintenance and improvements, as well as overseeing contractors. You will also have the opportunity to identify improvements, introduce sustainable practices and ensure all facilities, equipment and grounds meet regulatory standards while supporting the daily operations of the Home.
