In an apprentice role you will work on exciting, ground-breaking projects from day one, with support to grow in your chosen discipline as well as training to develop the core skills needed to succeed in a professional organisation. Role Title: Apprentice Water Engineer Start Date: September 2026 Location : Belfast Your Role: • Undertake engineering design (to EuroCode/BS) • Provide technical assistance to the members of the Water Engineering Team • Assist in the delivery of projects on time and to budget • Work under the supervision of the Project Engineer(s) and the Design team leader • Assist in design reviews and verification checks • Undertake site visits and surveys • Ensure compliance with all legislation, regulations and site procedures or instructions Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, statutory bodies and stakeholders Qualifications: • Minimum of three A-levels grades AC or equivalent including Maths and English. Desirable skills: • MS Office/ MS Teams skills • An interest in engineering • Commitment to achieving professional qualifications in engineering/chartered status • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated • Computer literate Application Closing Date: 15 th February 2026 Assessment Centre to be held: April 2026 We take pride in delivering projects effectively for clients.
