Are you experienced in running webinars and coordinating events for a membership audience?
We’re hiring a Training & Events Coordinator to deliver a high-volume programme of online training, webinars, and member events for a respected professional body.
🔹 What you’ll do:
* Deliver 150+ annual training sessions & events (mostly online)
* Run webinars end-to-end (setup, live delivery, troubleshooting)
* Coordinate hybrid & in-person events
* Manage speakers, delegates, and member communications
* Own logistics, systems, and delivery quality
🔹 What we need:
* Events/webinar coordination experience
* Ideally from a membership organisation or similar environment
* Strong organisation + ability to juggle multiple events weekly
* Confident using Zoom / online platforms
* Excellent stakeholder communication
