Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Support students in achieving excellent outcomes, maintaining high expectations for behaviour, participation, and progress.

* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement.
* Assess student work regularly and provide constructive feedback that supports ongoing progress.

Person Specification
Essential
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching Key Stage 4 Computer Science.
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
* Effective behaviour management skills and a commitment to maintaining high classroom standards.
* A passion for supporting young women to achieve and thrive in Computer Science.
Desirable
* Experience working in an all‑girls school setting.
* Familiarity with GCSE Computer Science exam requirements.
