Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons. Utilize a range of drama techniques and activities. Direct and produce school productions. Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the department's curriculum development. Foster a love of drama in students. Work collaboratively with colleagues. Participate in professional development opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or equivalent. Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Drama.
