Main Purpose and Scope of the Job
* Responsible for reporting the progress of actual project spend against Budget/Forecast ensuring variances are investigated with clear and timely communication provided to relevant stakeholders.
* Responsible for regular project meetings with budget holders to ensure accurate financial information is provided.
* Responsible for the preparation of funder reporting to support the Head of Finance with onward submission.
* Responsible for accurate and timely information required to prepare individual project Budgets and the annual Budget for Board Approval and subsequent annual Forecast for internal reporting.
* Establish working relationships with professional advisors, funders, bankers and auditors, as necessary.
