Main duties and responsibilities:
* To work as part of a team to deliver an ambitious, flexible curriculum which is driven by the children's interests
* To ensure your pedagogy has different approaches to meet individual children's needs, e.g., modelling, observing
* To ensure all environments are enabling
* To have a good, secure knowledge of child development to accurately observe and assess children
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Early Years.
* Strong understanding of EYFS welfare, learning, and development requirements.
* Experience working within an Early Years setting.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
