Plastic Fabricator required in Telford, Shropshire
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Plastic Fabricator to join a well established manufacturing business in Telford, Shropshire. With a focus on quality and innovation, this role offers not just a job, but a career filled with progression and development opportunities.
You will be working day shifts Monday to Friday (45 hours per week which includes an early finish on a Friday), and the job comes with a starting pay rate up to £13.00 per hour (dependant on experience). Overtime opportunities are also available and paid at T1/2 premium rate once you've completed a three month probation.
This role would be a good fit for someone who has previous Plastic Welding, Plastic Fabrication, PVC Moulding, Plastic Trimming or Plastic Moulding experience.
What You Will Do:
Fabricate plastic parts, ensuring they meet the required specifications with precision and attention to detail.
Measure, cut, and inspect parts to guarantee they align with technical drawings.
Work from and interpret technical drawings to produce high-quality results.
Inspect welded parts to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
Complete supporting paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
What You Will Bring:
Proven experience in a similar role, such as Plastic Welding or Plastic Fabrication.
A strong understanding of working in a busy workshop environment.
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail.
