Store Manager - Stratford upon Avon - Full Time

Purpose Of The Role
You will be responsible for driving sales, KPIs, and overall store success. You will recruit, motivate, and develop your team, maintain visual standards, and create a delightful shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth and improve KPI performance
* Maintain visual merchandising standards and effective use of space
* Follow instructions from senior team members
* Develop and appraise team members, managing poor performers
* Uphold brand integrity through behaviors and uniforms
* Control payroll and store expenses within budget
* Train and induct staff to deliver excellent customer service
