Simplify - the UK’s leading conveyancing and property services group - is looking for a Sales Team Manager to join our thriving Conveyancing Sales operation in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and motivate your telesales team to maximise conveyancing instructions.
* Monitor key performance metrics including productivity, task management, and conversion.
* Deliver one-to-one coaching, call analysis, and constructive feedback to boost performance.
* Implement sales strategies and process improvements to enhance results.
* Communicate business objectives clearly and ensure team alignment.
* Work closely with the wider sales management team to drive commercial success.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience leading and developing high-performing telesales teams.
* Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
* A track record of driving sales success and exceeding targets.
* Confident decision-making and the ability to motivate both local and remote teams.
* Background in telephone-based sales leadership is essential in order to be considered for this role
