Salary: Negotiable c. £35,000 (Depending on Experience), plus benefits

The Role:
As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial operations of the care home, including invoicing, supplier payments, and reporting. You will be supported by a Finance Assistant (three days per week) and an external accountant. A strong bookkeeping background and Xero experience are preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing monthly and 4-weekly invoicing
2. Monitoring incoming FNC & CHC funding payments
3. Handling HMRC requirements
4. Assisting with annual accounts preparation
5. Preparing financial reports for the General Manager
6. Resolving invoice queries and ensuring smooth transactions
7. Paying suppliers, processing direct debits and card payments
8. Transferring funds for staff wages
9. Handling general financial enquiries
