We are recruiting for the exciting role of Sales Advisor to join the Tills/Customer Services team at our Garden Centre in Esher.

What does the role involve?
The role will support in the smooth running of the Tills/Customer Services department.
We are seeking an individual who has a keen eye for detail and can deliver a first-class customer experience to maximise sales.
Responsibilities:
* Provide our customers with an exceptional level of service by assisting them in selecting products, answering questions, providing recommendations.
* Communicate effectively at all levels.
* Process till transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Ensure Garsons merchandising and housekeeping standards of the department are maintained.
What skills and experience do you need?
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
* Previous experience within a busy retail environment.
* Competence and confidence to work with computers.
* Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
* Ability to work on their own initiative.
Contract: This is a permanent, full-time role.
Hours: A fortnightly pattern of Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.10pm or 9.30am to 6.10pm with a contracted day off each week, plus working alternate weekends.
