Automotive Service Advisor required near St. Albans
up to £32,000 basic salary + OTE
Monday to Friday with Saturday AM on rota
Our client, an expanding and progressive Automotive Independent Specialist is now recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor.
Extremely well-established and with a great reputation in the local area for completing the job right, first time.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and become an integral part of the Service Department making sure each customer leaves satisfied and with no stone unturned. The business is seeking a like-minded colleague to continue this success and its provision to the local area of the best Automotive service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting customers and scheduling services
* Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
* Providing additional services including service plans
* Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering.

To be considered for the role, you must have a proven background in customer service – you will require Automotive experience within Aftersales and it will be your attention to detail and customer care that will set you apart.
