Supporting the development of strategic brand plans and growth pipelines for Home & Clothing categories. Assisting in creating insight-led concepts and propositions that deliver on the strategic plans. Collaborating with Product, Packaging, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure propositions are brought to life effectively and in line with brand guidelines. Turning customer insights into action by supporting the development and launch of new product concepts and propositions. Working with Product teams to ensure alignment across the 6Ps and adherence to critical timelines. Helping monitor customer and market metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to inform future brand strategies. Coordinating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to support the implementation of brand initiatives. Preparing materials and reports to share best practices and ensure plans are relevant and adaptable across Tesco Group markets. Managing key project deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the Brand and Proposition Manager. Operational skills relevant for this job: Understanding of how to turn customer insights into compelling propositions. Familiarity with proposition development across the 6Ps. Basic knowledge of brand strategy and innovation processes. Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and timelines. Experience relevant for this job: Some experience in a brand or marketing-related role, ideally within retail or FMCG. Exposure to working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Basic commercial understanding and experience with data or insights. Collaboration with external agencies or creative teams is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Customer-focused, with an enthusiasm for brand and marketing innovation.
