Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain records management processes and policies
* Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automate processes
* Set up and manage automated data processes
* Produce and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Support and develop reporting processes
* Design and analyse surveys, presenting insights clearly
* Create dashboards, graphs, and visualisations to support decision making
* Mine and analyse large datasets, drawing valid inferences for management teams
Experience and qualifications
* 2 years experience in a similar data or reporting role
* Strong logical, mathematical, and numerical aptitude
* Passion for problem solving and analytical thinking
* Ability to communicate technical data issues to non-technical audiences
* Creative flair for presenting data in a clear, engaging way
Essential
* Experience with Power BI (report building, dashboards, and data visualisation)
Preferred Skills
* Strong Excel and Access knowledge; PowerPoint for presentations
* Understanding of database structures and data handling (import/export)
