Key Responsibilities
* Media Strategy & Investment Governance: Lead strategic alignment and governance of media investments across European markets, establishing frameworks and identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
* Cross-Channel Media Alignment: Oversee coordination of media activities across all channels, resolving duplication and inefficiencies while ensuring alignment with category priorities and commercial objectives.
* Local Market Media Governance: Lead quarterly media reviews with European market teams, guiding on planning alignment and KPI management while driving consistency in best practices.
* Performance, Analytics & KPI Leadership: Drive performance-oriented media management by monitoring investment effectiveness and leveraging data insights to optimise strategic decisions and recommendations.
* Agency & Platform Leadership: Collaborate with media agencies and external partners to enhance planning quality, operational efficiency and performance outcomes.
* Media Operations & Reporting: Oversee media reporting operations, data quality and analytics coordination to ensure timely, accurate visibility of media performance across the organisation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across marketing, strategy, digital and regional teams to ensure media investments align with business objectives and support insight‑led decision‑making.
Qualifications
* Significant experience in paid media, media strategy or integrated media planning for consumer industries.
* Experience optimising mid‑to‑large scale media investments across multiple European markets.
* Ability to operate independently and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment.
* Experience leading media planning and governance processes.
* Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
