Document Controller\n\nOur client is a privately owned and rapidly growing M&E subcontractor. They work for a blue-chip client list of Tier-1 contractors primarily on Data Centre projects across the UK & Europe.\n\nDue to a new project secured on a hyper-scale data centre project in Docklands, East London, we are now seeking an experienced Document Controller with strong Procore software knowledge to join the site-based delivery team. You’ll play a key role in managing project documentation, ensuring everything is accurately recorded, distributed, and maintained across the project lifecycle.\n\nResponsibilities:\nManage, control, and organise all project documentation using Procore.\nEnsure documentation is up-to-date, correctly filed, and easily accessible.\nDistribute drawings, specifications, and technical documents to internal teams and external stakeholders.\nMaintain drawing registers and document trackers.\nSupport the project and site teams with day-to-day document control needs.\nLiaise with engineers, site managers, and clients to ensure smooth document flow.Assist in audits and compliance checks when required.\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience as a Document Controller within the construction or M&E sector.\nProcore software proficiency is essential.\nStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.\nGood communication skills and a proactive attitude.\nFamiliarity with technical drawings and construction documentation.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary (£50k - £55k) depending on experience.\nOpportunity to work on a flagship data centre project.\nSupportive team environment with opportunities for progression.\nExposure to leading-edge digital construction practices
