About the role
As a Food Coordinator and Coach, you’ll work with our Catering Partners to ensure they have the key skills needed to provide an excellent hospitality experience to our customers.
You will operate both in the kitchen and front of house to achieve high culinary standards and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
This is a fast-paced role with varied daily tasks. Typical responsibilities include:
1. Sharing your knowledge and passion by delivering effective training, passing on your food preparation expertise to the Catering team.
2. Creating a market-leading customer experience while maximizing sales, minimizing wastage, and exceeding customer service targets.
3. Working in the kitchen and front-of-house alongside Catering Partners.
4. Delivering the central hospitality team’s vision of the menu and meeting presentation standards.
5. Managing the end-to-end ordering process and supporting Team Managers with food safety compliance and administrative tasks.
6. Demonstrating passion for service and great food, with a desire to learn and develop, acting as a role model to others.
Essential skills/experience
* Previous employment in a catering environment.
* Kitchen experience.
* Training or coaching experience.
Desirable skills/experience
* Food Safety Levels 1-3 (training provided).
* Customer-facing selling or service experience.
* Administrative skills.
* Good computer literacy.
