JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday
START: ASAP
LOCATION: CentralBournemouth working in a modern office

The role:
* Outbound calls to clients to advise of new legislation changes
* Providing an excellent service to clients and being their main point of contact
* Assisting with general client queries and problem solving any issues
* Responding to client emails
* Building an excellent relationship with clients
* Working to weekly KPI's
What You'll Bring:
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills
* Previous customer service or sales experience
* Previous experience within a fast paced role
* Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
