After completing the programme participants receive 3 months of mentoring support, career advice and employment assistance. Through the Nottingham Forest Community Trust (NFCT) and its partners, participants develop strengths, resilience and skills, focusing on future work, education and community engagement.

9. Ensure continuous improvement across the programme and its delivery team.
10. Collaborate with NFCT’s internal teams to plan, grow, develop and ensure programme success.
11. Support other Trust programmes where appropriate.
12. Uphold Trust policies, maintain professional boundaries, meet safeguarding standards and report concerns in accordance with procedure.
13. Act as a positive role model for NFCT at all times and champion its programmes and impact.
