We are currently working with a warm and welcoming primary school in the B31 area that is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Early Years Practitioner to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting children's development, delivering engaging learning activities, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
✅ What We're Looking For:
A minimum of Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working in an early years or nursery setting (school experience desirable)
A genuine passion for early years education
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A current DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one through Aspire People)
