Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a people-focused Business Development Manager to help us grow our services across the catering and facilities sectors.
You’ll play a key role in building long-term partnerships and finding opportunities in planned preventative maintenance (PPM), new equipment sales, and consumable supplies for clients such as schools, restaurants, care homes, pubs, and offices.

What You’ll Do
•Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
•Identify new opportunities and introduce our services in PPM, equipment supply, and consumables
•Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and tailor solutions
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
•Prepare clear proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
•Represent the business at industry events and networking functions

•Proven experience in business development, account management, or relationship management
•Excellent communication and people skills
•A genuine interest in helping customers find the right solutions
•Self-motivated, organised, and proactive
•Full UK driving licence
