Are you a proactive Maintenance Engineer looking for a rewarding days-only role in a fast-paced FMCG environment? We're seeking a motivated engineer to join our high-performing team in Burton-on-Trent, ensuring our production lines keep running at peak efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated production and packaging machinery
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
Ensure compliance with site health, safety, and quality standards
Work collaboratively with production and engineering colleagues to drive reliability and efficiency
About You:
Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 / HNC / Apprenticeship)
Experience in an FMCG, food, or manufacturing environment
Confident fault-finding and hands-on problem-solving skills
Strong team player with a proactive approach to maintenance and improvement
Flexible and able to work on a 3 on / 3 off days-only shift pattern
