Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages in accordance with company standards.
* Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including counters, seating, and display areas.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
* Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling light snacks or baked goods when required.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality.
* Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
* Previous barista experience is essential; further training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards.
* Experience in serving customers with professionalism and friendliness.
* Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
