The Role
We have a unique and exciting opportunity available to join the team asCustomer Information Coordinator!This role will play a key role in ensuring outstanding customer support across digital and in-venue touchpoints.
Using Zendesk technology, you will manage enquiries, streamline customer communications, and support colleagues across sport, ticketing, volunteering, and event operations to deliver fast and effective customer service. Your expertise will help ensure every fan, volunteer, and guest enjoys an unforgettable Games experience.

Job Summary:
In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for enquiries via Zendesk (email, chat, web, social) and in person at key venues.
You will be required to provide accurate, timely information about events, schedules, venues, ticketing, accessibility, transport, and Games services.
Utilising the Zendesk platform, you will be required to monitor and manage tickets to maintain a high, first response and resolution rate. In addition, you will provide event support on venue ensuring staff and volunteers are briefed with up to date resources.
Key Skills and Experience:
We are looking for a Customer Information Coordinator who has strong customer service experience, ideally in large scale events, sports, hospitality or entertainment. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, supported by strong customer empathy.
Experience using Zendesk technology is desired as key objectives will include configuring the help centre content ensuring it is accurate, accessible and integrates with our customer support technology and processes.
Key attributes include being an excellent communicator, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and have strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi task.

Salary- Starting salary is £25,000. Salary offered will be based on demonstrated skills and experience related to this role.
