Job Description Position: Head of General Haulage Location: Rotherham, S60 Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE + performance bonus Hours: Monday to Friday - 45-50 hours per week Head of General Haulage Job Purpose The Head of General Haulage is responsible for ensuring the efficient, compliant, and profitable operation of the company's haulage activities. This includes overseeing the planning and execution of all transport jobs, monitoring fleet performance, and maintaining strong customer and internal relationships. The role ensures that resources are used effectively, legislation and company processes are adhered to, and continuous improvements are made to maximise operational efficiency and revenue.
