Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coventry for a Sales Administrator specializing in Renewables. The Sales Administrator will manage administrative tasks, process sales orders, coordinate with customers, and assist the sales team. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring smooth order processing, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating internally and externally to support renewable energy projects.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
* Experience in Order Processing and Sales to manage purchase orders and support sales operations
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and supporting team operations
* Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with renewable energy solutions and systems is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is desirable
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be advantageous
