Job Title –Fleet Controller – Vehicle Rental Sector
Job Location – Cambridge
Salary – £19k – £21k
In this role you will ensure all vehicles are maintained to a high standard and co-ordinate fleet movements to maximise utilisation and profitability.
Our client is the market leader in the vehicle rental sector for holiday makers, general public and businesses. They have offices across the globe and at all the major airports.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Organise the delivery and collection of vehicles to maximise service standards and minimise costs.
* Be commercially aware and identify and report new business opportunities.
* Liaise with Station Manager, internal departments and other stations to source fleet that is necessary to meet customer needs.
* Ensure accurate completion of all administrative duties including fuel documentation.
* Organise repairs and warranty work to vehicles where necessary in accordance with Operating Procedures.
* Ensure the security of vehicles, staff, customers and premises and completion of end of day fleet checks.
* Ensure SLAs are achieved.
