Role Purpose
The Strategic Change Manager (AI) is responsible for delivering the UKI business strategy across Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) functions. The role coordinates and executes change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and positive delivery outcomes. As part of the Strategic Planning & Change team, the holder drives planning, bridges gaps between cross‑functional teams, manages delivery, tracks progress, and supports embedding change.
What you’ll do
* Take a leading role in the delivery of change initiatives across COO and CCO functions, coordinating and maintaining alignment with business priorities, and driving activities through to successful completion.
* Translate objectives into deliverable project plans, taking a thorough approach to planning, ensuring initiatives are well structured, sequenced, and delivered to a high standard.
* Manage and monitor delivery across multiple initiatives.
* Identify, assess and manage risks and dependencies, and contribute to clear and timely reporting to support decision‑making.
* Build and maintain trusted and valued cross‑business relationships, fostering collaboration across workstreams, and ensuring cross‑functional alignment.
* Support the business on implementation of change, contributing to a smooth transition and operational effectiveness.
What you’ll need
* Experience delivering large‑scale projects and/or change management in a complex organisation.
* Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage a number of initiatives simultaneously.
* Problem‑solving skills, with the ability to collate information and contribute to clear progress updates for stakeholders.
* Ability to navigate complexity, manage interdependencies, and maintain momentum in dynamic, evolving environments.
* Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across functions, as well as influence, align, and manage expectations at all levels.
* An understanding of change‑management approaches, and the ability to support the business with their application.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and comfort in working with ambiguity and change.
