Nuwairah's is a Japanese × Mexican fusion restaurant and cocktail bar in Harlow, designed to deliver atmosphere, romance, and elevated dining.
We are seeking a confident, commercially minded Bar & Experience Manager to lead front-of-house operations and drive cocktail sales.
This is not a basic supervisor role.
You will control the energy, atmosphere, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the front-of-house team
* Create premium atmosphere (music, lighting, service flow)
* Drive cocktail, wine & premium spirit sales
* Train staff on upselling and product knowledge
* Manage bookings and guest relationships
* Ensure consistent 5-star service standards
Requirements:
* Strong cocktail & alcohol knowledge (Tequila, Mezcal, Wine, Sake)
* Experience in a cocktail bar or premium restaurant
* Confident leadership presence
* Sales-focused mindset
