Legal Assistant (Enquiries) – Private Client
Preston | Full‑Time | 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Napthens’ Private Client team is looking for a Legal Assistant (Enquiries) to support our busy department and provide an excellent first point of contact for clients. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, delivers strong customer service, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Day to day looks something like this...
Client Communication
* Engage with new and existing clients via phone and online systems
* Provide accurate information about our services
* Diary management, book appointments and prepare quotes
Administrative Support
* Verify client contact and bank details
* Process payments
* Register and manage essential documents
Proactive Contribution
* Proactively identify tasks requiring attention and take timely action to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage storage processes by searching the database, requesting documents, arranging collections, and updating all storage records accurately.
* Provide diary management support for lawyers, ensuring schedules are organised and up to date.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient workflows and resolve issues before they elevate.
* Keep storage systems and records consistently updated to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
