Responsibilities
* Advise landowners on a wide range of development matters including site acquisitions and disposals, promotion and option agreements, conditional contracts and overage, land assemblies and joint ventures.
* Manage files independently and confidently handle complex transactions.
* Build rapport with landowners, agents and developers and contribute to the team's high‑quality work and strong client relationships.
Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in commercial property law acting for landowners in residential and mixed-use developments.
* Ability to manage files independently and handle complex transactions.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with landowners, agents and developers.
The Firm
The firm is very well known in the area with a thriving commercial property team. They are seeking a solicitor at Associate level who can demonstrate leadership qualities and run a busy caseload. You will be joining a collaborative, friendly and expert-led property team with a strong pipeline of quality landowner and developer work.
