Im currently recruiting for a national hotel operator looking to recruit a General Manager for their new opening 40bed boutique hotel with ambitious fine dining restaurant aiming for serious accolades and newly installed
The successful applicant will have:
Strong previous experience at General Manager level ideally in a country house or boutique hotel setting
Strong hotel senior leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Commercially savvy, with experience managing budgets, stock, and P&L
A passion for hospitality, community, and creating memorable guest experiences
Right to work in the UK and ideally access to personal transport required.
