A Winning Team
At an exciting time of growth for women’s football, Man City Women are seeking a passionate and ambitious marketeer to join them as a Product Manager.
Working closely with, and reporting directly to, the Head of Marketing– MCWFC, you will play a vital role in creating, developing, managing and marketing new and existing products, primarily across ticketing and hospitality. You will be responsible for the operational planning and delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns to meet key KPIs and product objectives. You will manage the lifecycle of multiple omni-channel product marketing campaigns, ensuring they are fully integrated across a multi-media-mix.
Liaising with external and internal parties to ensure cohesion, efficiency and efficacy, this role will also require an analytical skillset as well as a creative approach to deliver compelling campaigns. You will be experienced in digital campaign management and analysis with demonstrable experience in the management and analysis of performance metrics to ascertain traffic, conversion, customer journey and inform future campaign decisions. You will have fresh and creative product concepts, which you will bring to life across the course of the coming seasons.

Your Impact
1. Undertake market research, benchmarking and analysis to inform product development and the creation of new products, across ticketing, hospitality and other categories
2. Develop the value proposition of the product offering and clear product messaging, bringing this to life creatively
3. With the support of the Head of Marketing and the wider product team, create integrated marketing plans in alignment with strategic objectives and KPIs
4. Lead on the delivery of integrated marketing plans, working with internal and external stakeholders to create and provide marketing and sales collateral and co-ordinating product launches across the business
5. With the support of the Head of Marketing and the wider product team, manage and deliver integrated marketing campaigns simultaneously across a range of products, demonstrating commercial acumen to understand priority areas and campaigns
6. Monitor campaign performance, including product availability and consumer satisfaction, providing recommendations and taking action to improve in the short- and long-term
7. Work analytically to interpret campaign results, drawing conclusions and recommendations to inform future campaign and product planning decisions
8. Collaborate across the business to identify additional opportunities to drive awareness, consideration and conversion for Man City Women’s products

* Significant experience of working in Marketing / Product Management / Sales or related business area
* Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns, across earned, paid and owned media
* Experience in the use of analytical tools to measure campaign performance
