We are seeking a caring and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities within a welcoming and inclusive school environment. The Role
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with a range of SEND needs within the classroom
* Provide one-to-one and small group interventions
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities
* Help promote pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
* Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support pupil progress
Requirements
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Experience supporting children with SEND needs
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
