About the role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager - Hydraulics to support our dynamic and fast-growing engineering team with several fast-track projects underway (and continuing).
General Duties
* Manage project delivery and technical delivery to meet client and contractual requirements, including managing internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage and maintain sound client relationships.
* Manage overall project performance (scope, timeline, budget, target deliverables) to meet client, Pressure Dynamics, and contractual requirements.
* Manage the timeliness and accuracy of the project controls (reporting, costs, schedule, trends, change management) in terms of both direct and indirect costs.
* Communicate proactively with stakeholders including clients, sites on matters that affect the project deliverables and goals.
* Prepare project scope, budget, and schedule for written proposals.
* Provide project support and input to tenders, customer presentations, and other required marketing and sales/BD activities.

Ideal candidate qualifications
* Bachelor, Diploma, or Post-graduate degree in Project Management or Engineering
* PMP certification (well-regarded)
* At least 4-5 years of experience in various aspects of project management
* Must have experience in Oil and Gas industry.
* Demonstrable ability to achieve high standards with budget and timeline constraints.
* Ability to present with confidence to management and senior stakeholders on project updates and performance.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Advanced time management and organizational skills
* Comfortable with multi-tasking and adapting to change.
* Strong attention to detail
* Practice active listening
* Hydraulics experience is preferable.
* Collaborative and engaging
* Ability to work effectively without supervision with a consistently high degree of accuracy and quality.
