Your Role: Skilled Panel Beater
As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for carrying out high quality structural and cosmetic repairs to manufacturer standards. Your work ensures every vehicle is returned to the road safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of finish.
Key Responsibilities
14. Perform structural realignments and cosmetic panel repairs
15. Accurately assess damage and plan effective repair strategies
16. Ensure precise panel alignment and high-quality finishing
17. Work to agreed timescales while maintaining safety and quality
18. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
What You’ll Bring
19. Proven experience in vehicle body repair and panel work
20. Proficiency in panel beating, welding, and refinishing techniques
21. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
22. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
23. SVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential)
