We are currently seeking a HGV Trailer Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Transport and Logistics company based in the Manchester area. The successful HGV Trailer Technician can expect a salary of up to £40000 with OTE of circa £50000 and working hours of Monday to Friday with overtime available. Benefits: Welcome bonus Private Healthcare 25 days plus bank holidays – You can purchase an additional 4 days, totalling 37 days of holiday! Salary: £38,500 - £40,000, plus overtime at x1.5, OTE: £50,000 Duties: Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on HGV trailers Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department Completion of MOT preparation Requirements: Semi-Trailer or Heavy Vehicle experience. Industry-standard qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQs. HGV Class 1 driving licence IRTEC accreditation. EBS diagnostics experience Welding certification. Experience with axle manufacturers Tail lift training and experience. Experience with double-deck or lifting deck trailers.
