Location: Leeds Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE Responsibilities as a Junior Conveyancer: Assist with managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. Handle matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions under supervision where required. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently. About you as a Junior Conveyancer: Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing is essential. Suitable for a Conveyancing Assistant, Paralegal, or Junior Fee Earner looking to progress their career. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
