Overview
Accountable for shaping and delivering the Express commercial strategy across six pillars: Category Strategy & Insight, Trade Planning, Range Planning, P&L Management, Execution & Team Development, and Customer & Market Focus. Lead Commercial Managers and Trade Planning teams to embed customer‑centric strategies, optimize promotional and range plans, and drive profitability through robust P&L ownership.

Work Environment
Hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices; may require additional days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
