Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Sales Manager for a remote position that involves daily travel. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
This role covers the entire United Kingdom, with a particular focus on the North.
Key responsibilities
* Visiting existing and prospective customers
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Preparing detailed sales reports
* Collaborating with the marketing team on promotional initiatives
* Staying up to date with industry trends and technological developments
* Representing Micronz at industry events and exhibitions
* Accompanying customers on visits to Switzerland and Germany for project-related activities
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales management and business development
* Strong knowledge of CNC grinding technology and manufacturing processes
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
* Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
* Organised, driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting
* Background in the manufacturing or engineering sectors
