Childcare Paralegal (Hybrid) needed in Wolverhampton, £25ph PAYE - Reference: 7207 7208 Assisting/Supporting solicitors on tasks on public law cases including taking instructions Drafting court applications and pleadings Preparing and reviewing documents, statements and orders for the purpose of court proceedings Liaising with 3 rd party agencies to obtain evidence Filing and serving documents Providing advice where necessary Undertaking legal research Instructing Counsel and negotiating fees. Preparing Bundles Independently holding a caseload of private law matters and requests for information Case management systems (ideally IKEN) and IT systems inc HMCTS Portal Active involvement in client care and business development Able to attend the office twice a week This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
